Before: Multiple office buildings of Berndorf Band GmbH. The main building was too small for all employees and no longer compatible with modern IT requirements. The desire was to accommodate all employees in one building. Size: 830 m², 2 floors. Year of construction: 1975. Location: Berndorf, Austria. Demolition: The building was completely demolished in 2011.

After: New four-story office building in skeleton construction with a protruding window and panel facade. Up to date: equipped with state-of-the-art IT facilities. Under one roof: All employees work in the same building. Expandable: The new building can be expanded by an additional floor through far-sighted planning. Climate protection: The building is heated and cooled by an air-source heat pump. Open spaces: The ground floor provides space for creative work.
